It has been a long time since I decide to keep fit. Well, DREAM always doesn't come true as it is a DREAM.
However, there are still some special cases =D I did achieve this a few times. Ehem.. 3 times? or 2? I supposed it should be three. But then it rolled back to the origin after a few months sometimes just a couple of days =.="
The first time was the dead of grandma. I became a vegetarian to help her to 积 some 福. It was Junior 2 i think. It did help as there had nothing to eat in the school if you were a vegetarian, I mean a purely vegetarian. Three months, 100 days. I did slim down a little bit, but then the stupid fat came back the next few weeks. As you know, I was so happy to re-eat meat again!! and it contains so much fat that make u wanna cry!
I think the second time was Senior 2, was that before CNY? or after CNY? I can't really remember, but then it was on February. Erm... This time was difference from the previous time. Dad encouraged me to go Country Club, a club just a twenty or fifteen mins riding distance from my house, to swim or play squash or tennis or gym or even his favourite, sing which is karaoke... He made me a temporary membership card because of my B'day was coming soon on June and I supposed it was kind of 'wasting' for the Club to make me a card. Maybe it costs a lot to make a card? No idea. And so, I went to swimming nearly EVERY WEEKDAYS. Not on weekend. There would be many people during weekend but less than 15 people(apart from the swimming training team) in the HUGE POOL from 6pm till 9pm during the weekdays. Come on, I need to found up my confidence what... Ok.. I swam 5 days a week, and this lasted for i think was 6weeks? Should be at least 4weeks. Well then, it SLIMMED DOWN without my notice! hahaha! But then I stopped it I think probably because of the menstruation... and not continue anymore xD
The third time, last year, 11months ago. This was really slimmed down without any awareness. It lasted for 2 months (how succeeded I was!). It was the time preparing for UEC, the only exam I ever proud with in my study life. Breakfast was some simple RM1 economy rice (this will only happen in Jit sin ind's canteen, haha) and lunch would be the nasi goreng or porridge cooked by kaka! Oh dear I miss kaka's nasi lemak so much you know!! There were lots of pork's fat and very much SAMBAL!!!!!!!! Sometimes even made me cry! and, classmates like it =D Erm... Dinner... Dinner was eaten at 3/4/5pm. The food which you can find in hawker stalls that just stand all along the road =.= Sentosa, 榕树下, 榕树下2, 榕树下3, cheok shuah, BM Plaza, Sami Nasi Lemak and sometimes LA Delight xD And continuosly would be the terrible hardworking period for preparing the UEC... I used to have supper before I went to bed occasionally. Even there were still a lots I eaten (felt it suddenly when I typed it down), I really simmed down after three months of that.. I dont know why... Maybe study make someone thinks and thinking burns fat? (Dad said this 'theory': thinking make you burn your fat) Haha
Now... I'm really very terrible horror super hyper duper amazingly FAT (times N square). And I've determined to keep fit. The plan now is: Breakfast=sandwiches, Lunch=the dinner prepared by Elizabeth last night; Dinner=fruit+milk+cereal(sometimes a little bit of red wine to encourage myself :) )
